Mušan Durić is Managing Director of Werth Ventures, a family office with a focus on healthcare. He is responsible for investment strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio management. He works closely with portfolio companies and management teams on financing, growth, and strategic direction, and is actively involved at the board level across both public and private companies.
In addition, Mušan serves as Director of Finance for ChemWerth, where he partners with the CFO and executive team on strategic and financial initiatives. Prior to joining the family office, he worked at CVS Health and Aetna, focusing on corporate finance and strategic initiatives, and began his career in fixed income, investing across both investment-grade and below-investment-grade securities.
Mušan received his MBA from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.
